Carved Dragon

This has to be my favourite cake so far - amazed that it looked as good as this - all down to the expert teaching from Dawn Butler of Dinkydoodle Designs - would definitely recommend her classes.

I'd not done any sponge cakes up to this point but managed to carve, decorate and airbrush this one.  Will definitely do more similar designs.

Went to a fab class in Nottingham at "The Cake Decorating Company" - definitley going back.  Claire was a fab tutor and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.
